This exciting news provides the opportunity for all decisions and partnerships to be developed on a local level.  At this time, the organization is directed by a twelve person board of directors with three members each from Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock Counties.  The Executive Board anticipates expanding their arms to other surrounding southwestern Minnesota counties.

The effort began in November through a partnership with Honor Flight South Dakota.  In the few months since then, HFSWMN was encouraged in late January by the national and South Dakota networks to take the big step to establish our own organization.
